Payment Options for Enrollment
To ensure your seamless enrollment into our programs, we offer a variety of payment methods tailored to your convenience. Please take a moment to pre-enroll, securing your place in our classes.

Online Payments:
Secure your spot instantly by paying online. We accept major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal for online transactions.
Flexible Payment Plan:
Alternatively, our payment plan allows for two installments of $210 each, with the first payment due at class registration and the second during your driving session.
In-Person Payments:
At each of our school locations, we welcome payments via Credit/Debit Cards and Cash.
Save with One-Time Payment:
Opt for a one-time full payment of $390 and enjoy a $30 savings.

If you are not a US citizen, but a legal resident (even foreign ex-change students), you must have a legal passport and/or the proper government paperwork to prove your residential status. Students will have to provide documentation of proof of identity (School ID, Birth Certificate, SS Card).
If a student has an IEP or a 504 plan due to a disability, all efforts will be made to accommodate each plan. However, there are no guarantees. Please contact PDS to discuss options/accommodations.

PDS Enrollment Agreement Process
Upon enrolling online, a contract form will be included in your confirmation email. Please ensure to bring this to your class. Alternatively, you can opt to complete the contract form at our school just before your class starts by following these simple steps
Coose Your Contract Form Format:
Select either a WORD or PDF version of the contract form.
Print the Form:
You'll find the contract form attached to the confirmation email we send you after purchase of class.
Complete the Form:
Fill in all the required details on the form.
Submit the Form:
You can mail it, email a scanned copy, or simply bring it with you on the day of the class. Remember, if you're under 18, you'll need a parent's signature on the form.
Important Reminder:
To ensure your place in the class, please remember to pre-enroll. This can be done either through our online payment system or by getting in touch with PDS before the date of the class.
